• We provide NannyNurse^® sick childcare services to nurture your child back to health when you need to be at work.
• NannyNurses^® are available to help you when you can’t stay with your sick child due to your outside demands.

• You will have peace of mind knowing that your child is in the comforting care of a NannyNurse^®who is screened and qualified to take care of your child’s needs.
• NannyNurse^® Network offers flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Children cannot attend daycare or school unless they have been fever free (under 100 degrees) without medication for 24 hours.

The NannyNurse^® will monitor your child’s symptoms and well being throughout the day and record observations in the Wellness Log hourly. They will follow your and your doctor’s directions that you put in writing on the Wellness Log. They will prepare and serve meals and snacks that you provide and provide companionship for your child. Your NannyNurse^® will call you to check in during the scheduled times listed on the Wellness Log.

NannyNurse^® Network Fees

There are two kinds of fees in the Network. First, there is the nonrefundable Enrollment Fee in the amount of $30.00 for 1 month or $295 for 12 months, which is paid online by credit card upon joining the Network. Second, at the end of a daily assignment (maximum 12 consecutive hours) NannyNurses^® are paid directly by the Members the Childcare Hourly Fee of $14.00 per hour, rounded to the next quarter hour. There is a minimum of 4-hours for each placement. (Each additional child is $2 per hour.)

Methods of Payment: We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Pay Pal for the Enrollment Fee and Placement Fee. Payments to NannyNurses^® for services rendered should be made directly by check or cash immediately upon the completion of the placement. While participation in the Network anticipates no issues with payments to the Network or the NannyNurse^® serving you, you authorize the Network to charge your credit card the Childcare Hourly Fees together with a $50.00 administrative charge for any check to a NannyNurse^® returned for insufficient funds.

Cancellation Policy: Unless a minimum of 8-hours notice of cancellation is provided by Member, the Member’s credit card on file will be charged for the 4-hour minimum NannyNurse^® hourly fee ($56.00). This hourly fee reimburses the NannyNurse^® for accepting the assignment, which makes the NannyNurse^® unavailable for alternative assignments.

Fee Changes: All Network fees are subject to change periodically by the Company. Such changes will be published on the website. No increases will be applicable to any Member during their enrollment year.
